The first thing you should do is contact your credit card issuer to have them cancel your credit card as soon as you notice the card is missing. You should also report the missing credit card to police. Even after you’ve gone through the necessary procedures, unauthorized charges are made with your credit card, and you have no grave negligence, many credit card issuers have some kind of insurance to protect credit card holders from fraudulent charges made with your lost or stolen credit card. You can make an inquiry with the Taxi Center (06-6933-5618.5619) to see if they have received a report of your missing purse from a taxi you took. If you cannot locate your purse at the center, report the loss with police and at the same time, have your Alien Registration Card reissued within 14 days of the loss of your card.
