Multilingual Disaster Contingency Course

Outline of the Course

Due to the Northern Osaka Earthquake and the Typhoon No. 21 in 2018, public transportation stopped, Kansai International Airport was closed and many foreign travelers were affected, which was widely reported in the media.

This course is designed for businesses such as transportation and hotel operators who deal with overseas visitors on a daily basis. Through this training, participants learn how to assist overseas visitors in an appropriate manner in the event of a disaster.

We provide a manual and communication support tool, which you can use in everyday life as well as in case of disaster.
