We’ve made a Word List called, “Words for Bureaucratic Needs!”
OFIX has created the “Words for Bureaucratic Needs” word list to support refuges from Ukraine, and those aiding them.
“Words for Bureaucratic Needs” can be used at various places where you need to communicate and complete paperwork or request assistance, such as your local municipality. The languages available on the list include: Ukrainian, Russian, and English.
The list also includes illustrations (health insurance card and residence card etc.) to make communication easier.
